History of this Vehicle

 

1951 - 1971

Unknown.

 

1971 - 1973

Tom purchased the vehicle from the owner at Casula (NSW), and used it around Mortlake (Sydney) then Tumbi Umbi (NSW).

The vehicle was damaged in an accident, then partly rebuilt.

 

1973 - Today

Steve W (NSW) acquired the vehicle from his brother-in-law (Tom) in a damaged conditioned, then progressively restored it.

After many starts and stops the vehicle was eventually completed and returned to the road in 1995.

 

Since then, it has been used regularly on full registration for many club outings, and rallies participating in National meets around the country.

 

Steve tells us that he car has featured in a few publications;
Australian Classic Car, Feb 1997;
Restored cars Australia, May -June 1996 number 116;
Crusin and Australian Streed Rod mag and has appeared on local TV on channel Ten news.
